Little Seafoam Beach Hut - West Mersea

People of Essex and beyond will be aware of the famous pastel beach huts in West Mersea. They are an absolute influencers dream with their picture perfect aesthetic.

Recently I worked on the logo and branding for one of the most recent huts to become available for daily hire, Little Seafoam. Obviously the colour is very on-brand with DSDs colour palette which is always a great starting point!

It was decided that a wordmark logo would help elevate the offering of the hut plus move away from the more obvious connotations for motifs seen previously. The lower case ‘little’ and ‘beach hut’ give a friendly feel, whilst the ‘Seafoam’ design itself provides a quirky feel, with details only seen when really examined, much like the interior of the hut itself.

The new artwork has been applied to a wide variety of items so far, including social media profiles, business cards, and welcome brochures.
